What a great experience. After renting from the major companies and always having the "insurance issue" after preparing it was nice to know the total price uo front. My car was a little older but this was reflected in the price. SUPER friendly staff and easy to deal with. If I am ever in need if another rental, Mayan Drive will be my first call.

I rented a vehicle from Mayan Drive Car Rental and had a very pleasant experience. I communicated with Victor, he assisted me with the reservation and picked me up at the airport on time. I drove a Jeep Patriot, the vehicle was delivered clean and in good condition. The air conditioning kept up with Merida's hot and humid weather. I paid the price as quoted, no hidden fees which is greatly appreciated. My return flight was scheduled at 6am, Alfredo picked us up at our hotel at 2:30am and drove us to the airport making the vehicle return a seamless experience. All and all, great service. I would certainly rent a vehicle with them on my next trip!

Great service, good price, no hidden fees. Arrived a bit earlier than expected at the airport and Alfredo was already there. The car was a bit on the older side, but worked great throughout our vacation. They kept in touch to schedule drop off, Victor was there early as well, and the whole process was quick and easy. I wouldn't rent from anyone else in Mérida.

Rented a car for 3 days to do day trips from Merida and Alfredo and Victor were very responsive and easy to interact with. Appreciated that they dropped off and picked up the car near our hotel. Will definitely rent again!
